How to Order

Specify run OD, branch OD (typically same as run), gauge, and angle. Most are 45° for pneumatic conveying.

Entry Angle

45° angle is standard for pneumatic lines; reduces flow turbulence and product degradation at the junction.

Material

Aluminum standard for general conveying. Stainless Steel for abrasive materials or food-grade systems.

System Design

Place laterals after long straight runs for best flow characteristics. Avoid placing immediately after compressor outlet.
